Russia’s largest truck manufacturer OJSC "KAMAZ" in 2011 will exceed 30% up in 2010 on the basic parameters of activity and in terms of business development, the company said.
At the beginning of December, total sales of KAMAZ trucks since the beginning of the year amounted to 39.873 million units (excluding resale), which is almost 40% more than last year.
"Thus, KAMAZ confidently overcomes 40000th mark on this indicator, which in the current market the company’s history have been achieved only three times — in the years 2006-2008", — said in a statement.
In this case, the Russian market for 11 months, sold 34.2 thousand trucks, which is 37% more than the same period last year.
Finishing production of KAMAZ vehicles issued since the beginning of the year about 42.8 thousand vehicle sets, which is 38% more than 11 months of last year.
"The production of engines KAMAZ also significantly increased the production of major products, the main assembly line of cars and external consumers of the engine plant received 11 months of 46.724 thousand engines and power units, which is 30% more than 11 months in 2010," — said in a statement .
KAMAZ in November sold products and services worth 10.3 billion rubles, bringing the figure to the beginning of the year to 87 billion rubles.
