Kazakhstan will buy from the Kharkov aircraft factory Antonov An-74

Kharkov State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC) intends to ensure the supply of aircraft AN-74 to Kazakhstan in February 2013. This is stated in the press service of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration citing deputy chairman Andrei Mochenkova.

According to him, KSAMC supplies under the contract signed with Kazakhstan in the production of AN-74.

"The contract began immediately after receipt of advance payment from the customer, the planned date of shipment — February 2013" — said in a statement.

In addition, KSAMC has signed a contract with the company "Aviacor — Aviation Plant" (Samara, Russia) for the manufacture and delivery of five aircraft sets. Of these two sets shipped in the first half of the year, the other three the company plans to deliver on schedule before the end of the year.

KSAMC also continues to work on the implementation of the contract with Turkmenistan, according to which the 1st plane AN-74 shipped to the customer in September 2011, the 2nd plane shipped at the end of June this year.
