Kharkov Polytechnical helped warm the building of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Using technology developed by the scientists of NTU "KPI" has been installed and put into operation the heating system in the buildings of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

  This was reported in the press service of the university.

It should be noted that the Polytechnic has several developments in the field of energy savings. With them, the representatives of the university introduced the experts of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

For example, the University developed a residential project with the use of technology, giving him complete energy autonomy. As a result, 14 May 2010 was presented a comprehensive innovation project "Warm House" technology which allows you to bring to zero consumption of non-renewable energy resources. To do this, NTU "KPI" introduced the whole set-established scientists at the University of technologies and materials that can solve the problem of rational energy use not only at home but also in a variety of industries.

In addition, the modern individual heat developed by the department "Integrated technologies, processes and devices" employs more than 4,000 objects: in the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of the house, in the Ukrainian House and the National Bank of Ukraine, Kharkov railway station, in the dorms NTU "KPI", etc.

Experts familiar with the main objects of infrastructure of the university, where already in place and functioning actively effective energy saving technology. It also reviewed the new objects in which you plan to install additional equipment, using energy-saving technologies to improve energy efficiency infrastructure of the university. In particular, those objects are the body and the library with the use of independent heating circuits, as well as thermal insulation and ventilation systems, hot water supply modules installed in the dormitories of the University sports complex NTU "KPI".
