August 21, 2013. Heavy rains and Tropical Storm "TRAM", Now heading to Taiwan, China and Japan, caused severe flooding in the capital of the Philippines — Manila. In many parts of the movement on the streets is only possible by boat. Closed state institutions, including schools, universities, banks, as well as most private companies. According to the National Emergency Management Agency, killing 8 people.
