More than 50 Tula orphans received apartments in new buildings

The governor of the Tula region, Vladimir Gruzdev on Monday handed over the keys to new apartments for orphans and children left without parental care. Total orphans provided 51 apartments in the new building on the street Khvorostukhina in Tula.

Vladimir Gruzdev visited the construction site in the city of Tula pos.Skuratovo where to provide housing for orphans erected seven buildings (141 apartments). By mid-July, expected to be commissioned five houses remained — by October 2013. year.

This year’s budget for the purchase of housing for orphans has more than 270 million rubles. In particular, in Tula for the settlement of orphans and children left without parental care homes are being built in the village and on the street Varvarovka Metallurgists, they will occupy 206 people. A total of 2013 new home will celebrate 256 orphans and children left without parental care. 

V.Gruzdev earlier said that the problem with providing housing for orphans will be completely resolved by 2015. Housing for them will be bought only in new buildings.

"The funds for the following year plan does not reduce — for three years needs to be addressed. Today, we are confronted by 560 people," — quoted in the report of the governor.

"Our primary goal — to eliminate all, but it is important that it be quality housing," — said Gruzdiev. — "We set the bar high, it’s hard to keep, so the weekly cabinet members are on construction sites."
