Mortgage young teachers is now available at 8.5%

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the allocation of grants for the partial reimbursement of expenses for mortgage loans for teachers, RIA Novosti reported.

"I have just signed a decree on the allocation of grants for reimbursement of expenses for mortgage loans for teachers," — said Medvedev at a meeting to prepare for the new school year.

Mortgage loans for young teachers of educational institutions will be issued at below market rate — 8.5%. Medvedev said that it is about providing mortgage loans that are issued to young teachers under the age of 35 years. The federal budget for 2013 will be allocated for these purposes in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles. Grants will be distributed among the budgets of 73 federal subjects, including those in the Tomsk region.

It should be noted, according to the Administration of Tomsk, the average salary of teachers in the schools of Tomsk in I quarter amounted to 27 353,1 rubles. The average salary of teachers by the end of 2013 should reach 29 thousand rubles.
