MRSC has launched a new energy supply system for Raspadskoj

IDGC Holding has completed a major investment project for the construction of the external power supply circuit in the mine "Raspadskaya".

Near the mine "Raspadskaya" a few tens of kilometers from each other energy built three substations. Their total installed capacity — 192 megavoltamper. This is enough to provide electricity to the city of more than 150,000 people.

From substations to 52 km Tom-Usinsk GRES stretched two single circuit transmission line voltage of 110 kilovolts, made for greater reliability in the dimensions of 220 kilovolts. Energy installed 516 towers with foundations, suspended more than 400 tons of steel-aluminum wire.

Equipment for the building was supplied by manufacturers in Germany, central Russia, Siberia, the Urals. For the first time in Siberia for switchgear voltage of 110 kV substations of all three modules of DTC from Siemens.

For substations installed microprocessor terminal types and MICOM SEPROTEC (used for the first time in the Kuzbass), protection against arcing faults such as "Gadfly-M" and fault recorders "AURA".

Antiterrorist protection of substations will be built to provide CCTV, perimeter security system, protivopodkopnaya system. Each substation is also equipped with fire-fighting equipment and alarms.

The implementation was entrusted with the construction of JSC "IDGC Holding". In construction, was attended by about 20 organizations from Siberia, the Urals, and Kazakhstan.

The total financing cost of construction amounted to 1 billion 700 million rubles, the press service of "Kuzbassenergo". The source of funding was the additional issue of shares of JSC "IDGC of Siberia".

General Director of JSC "IDGC of Siberia" Konstantin Petukhov at the opening ceremony said that the "A new system of power supply for the coal complex is built in a short time, meets the latest requirements and standards, and indeed capable of providing energy security one of the largest mines of the country."
