Nevsky Shipyard laid fifth cargo ship river-sea for FFP

December 20, 2011 at Nevsky Shipyard was laid fifth vessel of a series of 10 dry cargo vessels of "river-sea" deadweight of 7150 tons of the project RSD49 (yard number 405), under construction for JSC "North-Western Shipping Company."


Court series can be used for transportation of general, bulk, timber, grain and large, dangerous goods of 1.4S, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 IMDG and Appendix B of the BC Code in the Caspian Sea as well as in Mediterranean, Black, Baltic, White, North Sea, including voyages around Europe and in the Irish Sea in winter.

Vessels are built according to the rules and under the supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) to the class KM Ice2 R2 AUT1-C of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

The lead ship of the project RSD49 (yard number 401) laid 14.12.10.

The second ship of the project RSD49 (yard number 402) laid 20.04.11.

The third vessel of RSD49 (yard number 403) laid 15.08.11.

The fourth vessel of RSD49 (yard number 404) laid 24.10.11.
