On the experience of the development of the first commercial plant "one-step gas-phase oxidation of hydrogen sulfide with oxygen in the air fluidized bed of granular catalyst," reported Professor at the Institute of Catalysis Zinfer Ismagilov.

The developers note that the process is fully computerized and automated, and are confident that the underlying technology can be scaled and sell. In this application the technology has already been received from a number of companies.
Z.Ismagilov said that the performance and technologies used in this setting has no analogues. General Director of "Tatneft" Shafagat Takhautdinov noted that while the low power setting — 80 cubic meters per hour, you need to install 2 times more powerful.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that it is necessary to refine the technology and bring the project to the industrial stage to be able to offer in the market with different power settings.
