Industrial vacuum cleaner with water filter Alterra VA-221/KB

Engineering and technical center "Technikon" designed, tested in real conditions and Russian production runs in serial production industrial vacuum cleaner "VA-221/KB" developed based on the "A-221/KB." Application of the new element base has led to improved reliability and structural filtering schemes. Compared with the previous model of industrial vacuum cleaner with aquafiltering "VA-230/KB" new water vacuum cleaner easier to maintain, compact and easy to move (the wishes of chief engineer of the Kursk nuclear power plant).
In the water vacuum cleaner stored block diagram of filtering characteristic of all previous models of vacuum cleaners — the vortex mechanical filter that is highly successful gathering dust, water, mud, cement, wood shavings, sawdust, sand, and more.
High efficiency of the water filter eliminates the use of a replaceable filter in the vacuum cleaning. The design of the water filter by changing the number of turbines will filter vacuum cleaner to absorb 99% to 99.999% of dust and harmful gases. All ultrafine and light impurities are in the tank water, which allows to use any methods of disposal of dust and including return manufacture expensive parts.
New industrial vacuum cleaner with aqua-filter, as well as all other models of vacuum cleaners, manufacturing ITC "Technion", is used for both dry cleaning debris to collect various kinds of liquids without any additional migration.
The vacuum cleaner is unpretentious in operation — the vortex mechanical and water filters do not require special care. Water filter is not "clogged".
Alterra tested vacuum cleaner equipped with a vortex water filter, removing welding fumes. Aerosol samples were collected on aerosol filters. The selection was made in the breathing zone of the welder and the output of the tested filters (vortex water filter).
Analysis of the collected aerosol showed that the concentration of harmful substances in all the samples below the MCL work area.
Chromium oxides trapped in water to 97%;
Oxides of Copper — up to 80%;
Oxides of manganese — up to 74%;
