NOVAEM has completed a major project in the Republic of Belarus

Machine-building holding "NOVAEM" concluded the five-year project to upgrade three boilers Grodno CHP-2 (Republic of Belarus). During this time, three were reconstructed boiler unit delivered 700 tons of equipment. All work, from design to start-up, carried out by specialists included in the "NOVAEM" plant "Sibenergomash."

As part of the reconstruction project of the Grodno thermal power plant "Sibenergomash" upgraded three BKZ-320-140, manufactured at the Barnaul plant 40 years ago. Boilers run out of resources and failed to meet the requirements of modern equipment.

The specialists of the Engineering Center "Sibenergomash" project was developed, according to which in the boilers flue completely replaced screens reconstructed superheater and furnace and burner device with the replacement of the burners. Furnace screens and fences made of horizontal flue gas-tight panels, thus improving the efficiency of the boiler.

During the acceptance tests have been confirmed all claims related to boilers: productivity, steam conditions, compliance with emission standards and safety requirements. All work on the modernization performed at a high technical level. The use of gas-tight enclosures surfaces furnaces, flues and new burners significantly improved operating conditions.

Thus, Barnaul energomashinostroiteli fully met all of the requirements of the customer. After the reconstruction of the Belarusian energy received almost three new boilers — on the technical and economic parameters they correspond to the state of equipment, with the latest developments.
