NOVAEM put large equipment for the firm Henkel


MORSHANSKHIMMASH (included in the machine-building holding "NOVAEM") produced and shipped bulky tank equipment for the chemical company Henkel (Germany). Storage pelletized polymer materials volume of 150 cubic meters produced in the shortest possible time — just one and a half months, and fully meets the requirements of the customer.

Morshansky plant was one of the first in the country has mastered the production of large-size containers for the chemical and allied industries. Nearly half a century of experience in the manufacture of non-standard storage equipment helped the staff of the enterprise successfully perform a complex order.

Project silo (storage) for storing polymer materials was originally developed by the German engineering company Sitekon GmbH. In accordance with the wishes of Henkel Engineering Center MORSHANSKHIMMASH designers adapted the original project under the conditions of the forthcoming operation and production technologies of the customer.

By Henkel makes high demands on the quality and cleanliness of the outer surfaces of the inner tank, the visual characteristics of the product, to the organization of cultural production. Acquired in 2012 for the plant as part of the investment program of the holding "NOVAEM" welded Swedish firm ESAB equipment and highly qualified specialists MORSHANSKHIMMASH have passed additional training to work on the Swedish equipment that allowed the manufacture of silage to meet all customer requirements.
