Novokramatorsky mashzavod won a major order from Russia

Novokramatorsky Machine Works won the contract to build the mill in 2800 for Asha MK in Russia. The project is designed to double the production capacity of the plant to 1.2 million tonnes of steel a year. Approved estimates the reconstruction of steel production in the spring was $ 350 million launch of the new production from scratch would cost twice as much.

Novokramatorsky mashzavod won a tender in which his rivals were Danieli Italian and Russian "Uralmash", and will supply equipment for 18 months.

"Plant signed second-largest contract over its lifetime — explains the expert. — Winning the tender NKMZ confirms its ability to offer a competitive product, which benefits in terms of price and quality with such well-known brands such as Danieli. Most of the budget will go to the reconstruction of the mill, manufactured NKMZ. Amount of the contract is, according to our estimates, $ 280 million, or 60% of the annual income of the company, and can dramatically increase the company‘s net income in 2012-2013.
