GE, LLC "Siberian Heat Energy Company", JSC "MTE Finance", by the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, signed the Agreement on Cooperation in the framework of the modernization of existing housing and communal services, in particular with the use of high-efficiency co-generation technologies.
In the Novosibirsk region will be implemented about 10 projects in the field of modernization of outdated boilers, transfer them to a cogeneration energy production and construction of the new mini-thermal power up to 25 MW.
The agreement provides, as a pilot project, the construction of a mini-TES in a working village Linevo thermal capacity of 70 MW and an electrical output of 12 MW based on the GE Jenbacher gas engine plant to be commissioned into service in 2013-2014.
