OMZ-Special Steels received a Certificate of recognition of the manufacturer of forgings society Germanischer Lloyd

OMZ-Special Steels, part of OMZ Group, has successfully passed the examination of the production of forgings designed for shipbuilding and engineering, the classification society Germanischer Lloyd (GL).

According to the results of examination of the company was granted certificate of approval of the production of forgings made of carbon and carbon-manganese steels for shipbuilding and engineering on the Rules of the classification society Germanischer Lloyd.

Germanischer Lloyd (founded in Germany in 1867) — the well-known and reputable classification society which is a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), and proclaims the highest quality standards in shipbuilding, ship building develops rules and norms of their technical strength.
