On Dormash will start to collect dump trucks Bell

Bell Equipment will start assembling production of dump trucks in the Chelyabinsk region, reported the press service of the Governor Mikhail Yurevich. Machinery will be assembled at the plant "Dormash", located in Upper Ufalei.

According to preliminary data, the planned annual assembly of the order of 150-200 cars.

"The first piece of equipment will go off the assembly line in October 2011, after which it will form a business plan for 2012" — said General Director of Bell for Europe Mark Schurman.

At the initial stage it is planned to use German components, in the future, they will replace the South Ural parts production. The JV plans to increase the localization of production of articulated dump trucks up to 60-70%.

The main regions where this technology will be in demand, will be the Southern Urals, Kazakhstan, Kuzbass, Altai Krai. Bell also dump can be used as timber and serevy country where the rapidly developing oil and gas.

Note that prior to Bell in Russia and the CIS, such machines would not let anybody else. For example, the Belarusian BelAZ manufactures off-road dump trucks with a conventional high-load bridge.
