The participants discussed the progress on each of the objects and tasks for 2012.
Summing up the results of 2011, the first deputy director of "NIAEP" — director of the Baltic branch of Vyacheslav Makhonin in its report said that the plan was fulfilled by 102%, and construction and assembly work — by 104%. According to the program in 2012 provided the growth of the volume of work three times. Already in the first quarter will increase the number of workers of various professions involved in the construction, with 508 to 1,500.
He instructed each subcontractor to prepare a schedule of the labor force and by the end of this year to involve at least 3,000 people.
"Today, the number one task — to ensure quality execution of all nuclear facilities in accordance with the schedule of construction", — said V.Mahonin. However, he drew the attention of the leaders of sub-contractors engaged in the construction, the fact that people were provided with all the necessary and safe working conditions in the winter.
Currently, the construction of the Baltic Nuclear Power Plant employs 573 people, 487 of them — residents of the Kaliningrad region.
"All the necessary licenses and other permits for the construction of power unit number 1, we obtained", — said the director of the branch of "Rosenergoatom" "Directorate for Construction of Baltic NPP" Eugene Vlasenko. He said that by the beginning of the main period of work prepared all the productions of services, the necessary resources and as a result of tenders placed large orders for the purchase of necessary equipment. For continuous monitoring of the construction site approved a new nuclear power plant complex group, said E.Vlasenko. It included representatives of the Department of Technological, Environmental and Nuclear Supervision in the Kaliningrad region and they are now, due to the increased responsibility of tasks that are directly subordinate to the Federal Service RTN.
