October 20, 2011 at Oka Shipyard keel laying ceremony of the brain tanker project RST27, being built by order of the company "Volgotrans."

Vessels of this type are designed to carry crude oil and petroleum products, including gasoline, without restrictions for flash-point, with the provision of cargo transportation with maintaining a temperature of 60 ° C. Provides simultaneous transport of two kinds of cargo.  

Operation provides to the Russian inland waterways subject to restrictions; marine areas corresponding to restricted navigation area R2 — with a wave height of 3% probability 7.0 m, the distance from the refuge no more than 100 miles and allowable distance between shelters to 200 miles.
