In 2012, within the framework of the State program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for the years 2008-2012 in the Altai district completed a pilot project on integrated compact construction and improvement of rural Mamontovo Mamontovskoye district.

The complex includes a kindergarten for 140 places, a network of electrical length of 2.14 km, water (2.6 km), roads and sidewalks (6.4 km). In addition, the works on improvement of recreational areas, the area of which amounted to 223 thousand square meters, and landscaping district (153.6 square meters).

Total in the project has built 45 houses (8 — under the federal target program "Social development of village until 2013"), 25 of which are already occupied.

The project is an integrated compact building block is also implemented in the Omsk region, in the village of Chernomorka Poltava region, within which held gas and electric networks, water supply, landscaped grounds, paved roads and driveways (6.5 km). As part of the activities of the federal housing and comparable regional target program "Social development of village until 2013" carried out the construction of residential houses. Social benefits for the construction of individual houses in the village were Chernomorka 170 families.
