The government of the Stavropol Territory summed up the organization for the production of food and beverage products for 2012 and discussed the implementation of the Territory of the federal law on the basis of state regulation of trading activities.

Meeting on the results of the industry was presided by the Regional Committee for Food Processing Industry, Trade and Licensing Andrew Hlopyanova. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mykola edge Velikdan, regional Duma deputies, representatives of the municipal administration and urban districts, business leaders the food industry, processing and trade organizations.

As noted, in 2012 the volume of products shipped in the industry exceeded 60 billion rubles (111.3% compared to 2011). The index of industrial production amounted to 109%. The budgets of all levels of organizations and food processing industry has received 5.8 billion rubles, which is 40% higher than in 2011. The resulting profit on operating results in 2012 exceeded the 2011 level by 2.3 times and amounted to 3.5 billion rubles.

Industry trade is also characterized by high rates of development. Every year since 2010, the growth of retail sales is more than 12-percent threshold. In 2012, retail trade turnover was 396.6 billion rubles, which is 15.6% more than in 2011.
