Port of Ust-Luga Finland took the half of transit vehicles

From January to March through Finland to Russia has been moved to 12% less goods than the same period in 2011.

In the opinion of the Customs Service, the reason was the decrease in transport vehicles and timber products industry — writes Fontanka.Fi.

Transit transport cars through Finland to Russia fell by almost half in connection with the organization of traffic through the port of Ust-Luga.

Total cost of goods transported uvelichlas by 5% and amounted to 5 billion euros.

The volume of transit exports amounted to only half that of the "peak" in 2008 — according to Finnish Customs.
