Power Machines executed the order Belarusian Power

OAO "Kaluga Turbine Plant" OJSC ("GTC"), part of the concern "Power Machines", manufactured and shipped power equipment for thermal power station in Vitebsk (Belarus).

The agreement with the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Vitebskenergo" JSC "KTZ" signed in August 2010. By its terms, the Kaluga plant was to produce steam turbine PT-40/50-8 ,8-1, 0 and 50 MW generator set manufactured by "Electrotyazhmash — Drive" (Lisva Perm Krai). The scope of the obligations of JSC "KTZ" also includes supervised installation of the equipment and training of plant personnel.

At present, power equipment is shipped to the customer. It will replace outdated equipment Vitebsk CHP one power capacity of 35 MW. The first phase of the Vitebsk plant was put into operation in 1953. The installed capacity of the plant is 75 MW.
