Power Machines manufactured turbine generator for Zhezkazgan TPP (Kazakhstan)

"Power Machines" manufactured and successfully tested the turbine generator 63 MW intended for Zhezkazgan CHP in Kazakhstan.

The contract for the manufacture and supply of generator type T3FP-63-2MU3 complete with excitation system was signed with LLC "Kazakhmys" in June 2012.

Turbine generators, air-cooled series T3F capacity from 63 to 350 MW, produced "Power machines" are designed to interface with steam and gas turbines, both on newly constructed power plants, and for replacement exhaust the resource of machines of this series. Constructive solutions allow to achieve high efficiency. In addition to the turbine "Power Machines" also put on ZHEZKAZGAN CHP steam turbine of 50 MW, which currently produces OAO "Kaluga Turbine Works", part of the company’s "Power Machines". New turbine and generator will replace similar machines at Unit CHP.

In parallel with the implementation of Zhezkazgan Order "Power Machines" made power equipment for one more station Kazakhstan — Karaganda GRES. New equipment — turbine and generator — will be installed on the second power station. The contract was signed with the LLP "Kazakhmys Corporation" in 2012. To date, the "Power Machines" had completed the manufacture and testing of turbine generator for Karaganda GRES.

Included in the company’s "Power Machines" JSC "EMAlyans2 in 2010 to put Zhezkazgan CHP drum pressure weighing more than 70 tons of boiler TP-10.
