As indicated in the materials of the tender, the goal is to create a work intended for transplant patients with irreversible liver pathology bioengineering using the patient’s own stem cells for use in-hospital medical evacuation. Stem cells should be removed by taking the puncture in the patient from various sources, including bone marrow stroma and adipose tissue.

The prototype should have all the features and functionality of natural biological liver to detoxify xenobiotics, including, remove excess hormones from the body, vitamins, toxins, regulate carbohydrate metabolism, as well as replenish and store quickly mobilized energy reserves.
