Renault has announced the continuation of investment in the plant in Moscow, under an agreement between the company and the Government of Moscow. French carmaker plans to invest 21 billion company. These funds will be invested in the purchase of manufacturing equipment and tooling, as well as the overall modernization of production cars. Such large investments are partly related to the enactment of the tax benefits automakers and the company expects to reduce the amount of the tax burden from the city of Moscow.
In 2013, Renault plans to produce about 180 thousand cars.
