The visit began with a tour of the shop, which is building the first Ukrainian corvette "Volodymyr the Great." Recall, the first ship in the series 58250 project was laid in May 2011, on the Black Sea Shipyard, with the participation of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and was named "Vladimir the Great." The developer of the project acted as a state-owned enterprise "Research and Design Center of Shipbuilding" (Nikolaev).
Representatives of the Ministry of Defence and familiarized with the course of the repair of three ships: "Kirovograd", "Dnipro", "Konstantin Olshansky." During the visit, the delegation of the Ministry of Defense accompanied the CEO of the Black Sea Shipyard Valery Kalashnikov and leading specialists of the enterprise.
