The effect of the application of lean-technology — technology lean production at the Irkutsk aviation plant in two years amounted to about 20 million. This is the general director of the Irkutsk aviation plant — branch of JSC "Corporation" Irkut "Alexander Veprev during the visit of Vice-President of the Savings Bank of Russia Vladimir Yashin on the enterprise.
The process of implementing lean-technologies in the enterprise began four years ago, now it is engaged in a separate directorate. In addition to raising the level of production standards, occupational safety and health, fixed and positive financial results. In 2011, the employees of the plant have filed more than two thousand proposals for the improvement of production processes, of which more than half were sold. Now lean-technologies cover more than 70% of jobs in the production units.
Vladimir Yashin said that one of the objectives of his visit to the plant was to see how introducing lean-technologies that reduce the production cycle and reduce the cost of production. "I am convinced that the problem is solved on the profitability of the company at a very decent level. Question of economy subject to quality is now coming to the fore in almost all industries. This is particularly important in such a high-tech manufacturing as aircraft, the plant shows the result of this work ", — said vice-president of the Savings Bank of Russia.
As Alexander Veprev, provisions applying lean-technology he sees in the modernization of assembly production. "The equipment has to work around the clock, we do it works about 17 hours," — said General Director. Alexander Veprev stressed that one of the main directions of the "Lean production" of the enterprise is to prepare for the implementation of MS-21 project. Thus, the development of planning the production of passenger aircraft MS-21 and the logistic concept is using lean-technologies.
