Russian Air Force received four squadrons of Su-27

Russian Air Force in 2010, received a number of new fighters, attack planes and helicopters. Earlier, Russian Air Force Commander Col. Gen. Alexander Zelin said the Air Force planned to rearm by 30 percent by 2015, and by 2020 the proportion of new technology to reach 80 percent. According to Drik, the next ten years, anti-aircraft missile troops that are part of the Air Force, will be updated at one hundred percent, receiving new S-400, S-500 and the "C-Shell".

Rearmament Air Force will be made within the state armaments program for 2011-2020, funding for which is scheduled to be 21 trillion rubles, of which 19 will receive the Russian Defense Ministry. Updating the Air Force, is expected to be carried out along two main lines: the modernization of technology, already adopted by the arms, and through the development and purchase of new cars.

Earlier it was reported that in the next ten years, the Russian Air Force will receive up to 70 promising fighters T-50 (PAK FA), transport AN-124 "Ruslan", Il-112, Il-476, Il-76M and AN-70. In addition, the 2015 Russian Air Force will receive about 400 new and upgraded military helicopters Mi-28, Ka-52 and Mi-8.
