All Russian grain exports only when the quality certificates that are issued to suppliers subordinated Rosselkhoznadzor laboratories, the main one of which is the State Organization "Center for evaluation of the quality of grain" — with certificates of this organization sends abroad more than 90% (closer to 100%) of grain, explained in Office.
