SSJ100 entry into service was preceded by a successful training company in the high altitude — typical of Mexico, supported by the risk assessment. Training flights are carried out from Tuluk after the introductory courses at the training center in Venice SJI included 171 simulated landing with a touch (touch & go) and about 35 flight hours have confirmed the outstanding characteristics of the aircraft. As of today, SuperJet International, the training of pilots for the world, has trained 44 pilots Interjet, including 5 instructors, eight flight attendants and nearly 100 technicians.

Interjet also enjoys the benefits of a comprehensive "hourly" SuperJet International program designed specifically for SSJ100 operators to maximize aircraft availability, optimize the cost of support and minimize administrative costs. To maintain the entry into service in SSJ100 Interjet, SJI has also created a new warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA), who will provide logistical support as Interjet and other customers in North and Latin America. Dedicated engineering team SJI provides on-site support, while the customer support center in Venice (Italy) will provide around the clock 24/7 support and konsultsii on spare parts, tools, and technical issues.

Sukhoi Superjet 100, designed and manufactured by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft in partnership with Alenia Aermacchi, has incorporated the most advanced Western technology and is supplied with two engines PowerJet SaM146. The aircraft offers huge advantages in fuel consumption, low maintenance costs as well as the highest standards of quality and comfort in the segment 100mestnyh aircraft.

SSJ100 is operated by six airlines (Interjet, Aeroflot, Sky Aviation, Lao Central, Yakutia, Muscovy), 20 supplied aircraft fully meet the stringent Western standards of aviation safety EASA, IAC-AR, ENAC and Mexican aviation regulators (DGAC).
