The first samples of RHM-5 sent to the troops

According to RIA-Novosti Airborne Troops (VDV) has successfully completed the testing of the first three production models of machines radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance RHM-5, told RIA Novosti on Monday by a representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Navy, Major Irina Kruglov:

 

"The first three series of the sample machines of radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance RHM-5 received at equipping the Airborne Forces, successfully passed control tests on the training ground of the 106th Guards Airborne Division in Tula."

Just Kruglov said that two of the last testing of machines RHM-5 will be sent to Pskov to equip units NBC 76th Guards Airborne Division, and in the spring of 2012 to take part in field units and the outputs of experts assembled NBC Airborne. One of the new machines will remain in the regular division NBC Tula Airborne connections.

Machine RHM-5 protects the crew from the effects of enemy weapons of mass destruction.
