The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the Verkhovna Rada adopted laws fall to write off debt and restructure enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC), members of the State Concern "Ukroboronprom."
As the press service of the head of state, in particular, to the BP Yanukovych signed into law on September 6 5213 N IV "On some issues of debt enterprises of the military-industrial complex — the participants of the State Concern" Ukroboronprom "and ensure their sustainable development." The law provides for debt relief companies’ Ukroboronproma "to the Pension Fund and the state social funds, debt for natural gas, electricity and heating, water supply and drainage, as well as accrued interest on these debts, fines and financial penalties.
The President also signed into law by Parliament on October 3 N 5414-VI "On Introduction of" On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (regarding taxation of DIC), "regulating mechanism of the tax write-offs and restructuring of debts of the enterprises of state concern.
The law, in particular, provides write-off of penalties, fines (financial) sanctions (fines), including, for which continuing the procedure of administrative or judicial challenge, as well as the restructuring of up to 60 calendar months of the tax debts of the enterprises of state concern, which as of October 1 was as follows: 248.6 million USD. — To the state budget; 366.1 million UAH — to state trust funds.
