The heroes of our country. A soldier of the Three Emperors — Vasily Kochetkov

At one of the meetings I heard some interesting information about a unique man, our fellow countryman V.N.Kochetkove. Vasily Kochetkov (1785-1892), "the soldiers of the Three Emperors", lived 107 years. 100 of the 107 years of Vasily Kochetkov was on active duty. So he was out of the Guard again in his favorite field of the army in Turkestan horse artillery brigade of the first class gunner. He was the 78th year. Twelve years Cochetkov served in Central Asia, and in 1874 by order of the emperor transferred to the guards of the imperial train. In 1876, a revolt against Turkish rule Serbia with Montenegro.
