The new plant PENOPLEKS opened in Khabarovsk

August 22 at the opening of the Khabarovsk Seventh-plant of "PENOPLEKS." Currently the production line with capacity of 100 thousand cubic meters per year are loaded to full capacity, the plant operates around the clock.

The total investment in the production facility was more than 5 million euros.

The new plant "PENOPLEKS" became the first company in the Far East for the production of energy-efficient thermal insulation based on ekstrudirovnannogo polystyrene, which is important for the economy of the region and is particularly relevant in connection with the launch of sectoral programs for the development of the Khabarovsk Territory construction industry for 2011-2020.

This program is aimed at implementing measures to promote local production of building materials, as well as the widespread use of new energy-efficient building materials and technologies in the Khabarovsk Territory. Production of "PENOPLEKS" in Khabarovsk works for the environmentally friendly production technology — without the use of Freon oznororazrushayuschego. "PENOPLEKS" fully transferred their production lines to CFC-free technology in 2008. Three years of work on the new technology has allowed the smallest details to reconcile the process and showed excellent results: zero water absorption, maximum heat protection, high durability and environmental friendliness.

"PENOPLEKS" every day wants to reassert its leadership in the segment of insulation (extruded polystyrene-based) with a share of the Russian market to 52% (according to the company) and continued geographic expansion, increasing production capacity in the regions with the most severe climatic conditions. The production site in Khabarovsk will create more than 100 jobs, ensure uninterrupted supply of thermal insulation in the Far East, which will certainly have a positive impact on the popularization and development of energy saving technologies in the region.

 The company plans further expansion in all regions of the country and increase their production capacity, in May 2013, will launch two new production lines at its factories in Perm and Kirishi (Leningrad region) with a capacity of 1500 kg / h each.
