Lighting holding "Svetlana-Optoelectronics" (assets of the group of companies owned by OAO "Inter RAO LED system") has launched the first production line of LED lamps (similar to 100 W) is fully manufactured in Russia. The ceremonial start line carried the Chairman of the Board of "Inter RAO UES" Boris Kovalchuk, vice-governor of St. Petersburg Igor Golikov and CEO of "Svetlana-Optoelectronics" Alex Mokhnatkin.
The new production line which capacity will reach 1 million units per year, can produce totally unique Russian LED lamps of 11-14 watts. Luminous flux lamp with an E27 standard power of 11 W is similar to incandescent light flux output of 100 watts.
Engineers have developed a unique technology holding company, which will create a lighting device, which has no analogues in Russia and abroad. In fact, this is the first LED light bulb, created on the basis of domestic LEDs in accordance with international standards of power of 11 watts. The use of proprietary high-voltage circuit has reduced the loss of power LEDs by 15%. The special model radiator is fully compliant with IEC, causing the LED lamp 11 W, produced by "Svetlana-Optoelectronics" can be used in any lighting fixture designed for incandescent bulbs. The developed technology allows to produce the lamp in different color temperatures (from cold to warm) and obtain a unique solution for such standardized indicators of the color rendering index (CRI) — up to 95 units.
Radiator lamp specially designed, based on the use of tubes with a capacity of up to 14W. The diffuser is made of a material having high light transmittance. Impact-resistant material, and setting it on the body is made in such a way that it is virtually impossible to dismantle. Retail price 11W LED lamp SvetaLED ® is about 600 rubles.
Chairman of the Board of JSC "INTER RAO UES" Boris Kovalchuk said the company intends to continue to support the development of LED technology on the basis of "Svetlana-Optoelectronics." "LEDs — this is the most energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient lighting, as well as unique technologies and innovative solutions. And we see great potential for the development of this business, "- said Boris Kovalchuk.
Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Igor Golikov noted the importance of the introduction of innovative technologies in urban infrastructure. Particular emphasis as he did on the issue of increasing the share of goods Petersburg industry in domestic and international markets, "Want to see more products, which will be written, that it was made in St. Petersburg", — said the vice-governor.
Valery Murgulets, the head of the control innovation, investment and the cost of "Inter RAO UES" fund manager "Energy without frontiers", spoke about the innovative projects in the field of energy and resources that the Fund "Energy without frontiers" is planning to implement in the near future. In particular, he announced the next generation of LED lamps, which are designed by experts "Svetlana-Optoelectronics" from the Fund.
General Director of "Svetlana-Optoelectronics" Alex Mokhnatkin told about the main advantages of the new LED bulb 11 W: "It is because of limit values for light output made possible the production of LED lamps, the likes of which there is not only in Russia but also in international markets."
