The production of meat, milk and eggs increased in Primorye

Positive trends are observed both in the private farms and in agricultural enterprises. The production of meat, milk and eggs increased in Primorye in January. Farmers produced more meat — by 2%, milk — by 14%, eggs — by 3%.

The main producers of milk are private farms of the population (46%), meat and eggs — agricultural organizations (63% or more).

The share of private (peasant) farms and individual entrepreneurs had 4.2% of meat, 11.3% — 0.2% milk and egg production. Agricultural organizations have increased meat production by 1%, milk — by 31%, eggs — by 4%.

At the beginning of February 2013 in agricultural enterprises increased the number of cattle and pigs. Agricultural organizations sold 3,000 tons of livestock and poultry in live weight, 2.3 — milk, 4.6 — cereals, 4.8 — soybeans, 0.4 — potatoes, 0,600 tons — of vegetables, 15.5 million eggs.

Compared to last year increased sales of grains, soybeans, potatoes, livestock and poultry, milk and eggs.
