The volume of loans to the economy of Ukraine increased by 12 billion USD

 

Total loans to the economy of Ukraine in January-March 2013 compared to the beginning of the year increased by 11.9 billion USD — up to 821.3 billion USD.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, told journalists at a press conference, First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Anatoly Myarkovsky.

"According to the data of the NBU, on April 1, 2013 the total credit in the economy of Ukraine since the beginning of the year increased by 11.9 billion USD to 821.3 billion USD. Including loans to legal entities — by 11 billion UAH ", — said A.Myarkovsky.

As UNIAN reported, in March corporate sector loans rose by 2.65 billion USD, or 0.4%, with growth mainly due to an increase in lending in foreign currency to USD 6.73 billion, while the volume of loans in local currency decreased by 4.08 billion USD.
