The world’s first processor with multicellular architecture successfully tested

Completed testing of the first pilot batch of Russian multicellular processors in different temperature conditions. Functional tests were performed on microprocessors "Voronezh Semiconductor Factory-Building" (JSC "VSP-C"), which is secured bilateral act of the test. The trials involved Multicellular microprocessors MCp0411100101 in plastic QFP-208 and metal SQFP-240 (4245.240-6) cases.

Functional test microprocessors were held with major temperatures -60, +80, +125, tested for performance in these temperature ranges exercise universal system of testing microelectronic devices (Teradyne Integra j750e) and temperature test system (Thermonics T-2420).

During the tests, all samples multicellular processor MCp0411100101 in a sintered body SQFP-240 has shown efficiency in the temperature range from -60 ° C to +90 ° C, and multicellular processor in plastic QFP-208 passed the test brilliantly work in temperatures ranging from -60 ° C to +125 ° C.

According to test results revised product line of "Multiclet", at the moment it consists of four multicellular processors:

  • MCp0411100101 — Q 208 I in plastic QFP-208, with acceptance of OTC ("1"), temperature range -40 ° C to +85 ° C;
  • MCp0411100101 — Q 208 M plastic housing QFP-208, with acceptance of OTC ("3"), temperature range from -60 ° C to +125 ° C;
  • MCp0411100101 — CQ 240 I in the sintered body SQFP-240 (4245.240-6), with acceptance of OTC ("3"), temperature range from -60 ° C to +90 ° C;
  • MCp0411100101 — CQ 240 I in the sintered body SQFP-240 (4245.240-6), with acceptance of "5", the temperature range from -60 ° C to +90 ° C. Required to obtain a "fifth" comprehensive acceptance testing of processors is already underway.
