The joint project aims at the creation of modern high-tech tubes for special applications.
The project will improve the basic properties and characteristics produced pipes: strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, and geometric parameters of the surface quality while reducing manufacturing costs.
The ability to control accurately the deformation temperature and processing parameters can be formed in the metal lattice of the nanostructure, that allow to reach a new level of consumer product properties.
Shares of TMK and RUSNANO joint project accounted for 51% and 49%, respectively. Paid in capital — 2.6 billion rubles. Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMK-INOX elected RUSNANO Managing Director Georgy Kolpachev, CEO — Leonid Marchenko.
