The competition for the selection of organizations for the right to receive subsidies for the implementation of projects aimed at the creation of high-tech production in the regions of the SFO implemented 12 projects. 5 of them — c involving Tomsk universities, 3 — Krasnoyarsk universities, 2 — with Novosibirsk, one — c participation of Kemerovo and Irkutsk universities.
So, Tomsk Polytechnic University in cooperation with the holding company "NEVZ-Soyuz" (Novosibirsk) is implementing a project to create products manufacturing nanoceramics for power electronics and electrical engineering, photonics, security, oil and gas industry. The second project, implemented by the TSU with FNPC JSC "Altai", is focused on the creation of high-tech production of import-substituting strategically important matter — crystalline glyoxal — capacity of over 500 tons per year through the development of effective techniques for treating and concentrating the solution of glyoxal. The planned volume of production in 2015 will reach 230 million by 2017 will reach 350 million.
TSU also implementing a project with one of the leading companies in the Russian space industry JSC "Information Satellite Systems" to them. MF Reshetnev "with the participation of two universities of Tomsk — Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics and Tomsk Polytechnic University. Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics is developing a project to develop highly efficient and reliable solid-state light sources and lighting devices, and the organization of their mass production. The project selected by the Government of Russia as a priority. The work is conducted in collaboration with two universities in Tomsk Tomsk — TPU and TSU. The planned volume of products produced using the results of NIOKTR in 2015 will be almost 2 billion rubles.
Also TUSUR with the assistance of Tomsk branch of the Academy of Sciences of anthrax center is working on a joint project with the NPF "Micran" for the development of production technology GaAs microwave monolithic integrated circuits (geterotranzistorov) high electron mobility based on copper metallization without the use of precious metals. The total investment of the federal budget — 610 million rubles. In 2015, the planned volume of products produced using the results of NIOKTR to exceed 850 million rubles.
