Tax payments to the regional budgets from 2006 to 2012 amounted to 42.8 billion rubles. It is currently preparing similar agreements with the governments of the Jewish Autonomous Region and the Khabarovsk and Primorye territories.

During the construction of the ESPO actively developed transport infrastructure. Construction was carried out a large number of pipeline service and access roads. Built pipeline service to travel from g.Kirensk Aldan length 1400 km and 10 bridges, which are not only used for operational needs, but also for the passage of the local population.

Since the beginning of operation of the system on the ESPO was transported more than 76 million tons of oil, including in the direction of China — more than 30 million tons for shipment via SMNP "Koz’mino" — more than 46 million tons.

Total revenues in the federal budget from the transportation of oil through the ESPO to 2.2 billion rubles. The pipeline "Eastern Siberia — Pacific Ocean" comes a new export Russian oil brand "highest order" — ESPO (ESPO), the quality of which far exceeds all the Russian variety. Russian ESPO crude oil light could be a new world standard (reference), that is, price benchmark for other grades of oil in the Asia-Pacific region. In this case, the cost parameters of the brand ESPO will be increased, resulting in the budget of the Russian Federation will get additional revenue. Further development of the ESPO pipeline is connected with the development of oil production and refining in Eastern Siberia and the Far East. In particular, it provides for the construction of lead pipelines to connect new oil province north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (pipeline "Kuyumba — Taishet"), as well as connection to the pipeline system ESPO Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk refineries. Construction of new pipeline facilities will create more jobs and strengthen the regional infrastructure.
