Ukraine has launched a plant MacCoffee

November 20, 2012 the grand opening of the first plant in Ukraine of Food Empire, manufacturer of well-known brands of coffee and MacCoffee "Peter Sloboda". The company is located in t.Zolotonosha Cherkasy region. Products manufactured by the Ukrainian plant will also be exported to the markets of the neighboring countries of Eastern Europe, the company said.

"Coffee drinking in Ukraine entire adult population. It is a product of mass consumption. The share of our products on the Ukrainian market is about 40%, and we will expand our presence here. We have already invested in the production of 180 million hryvnia and plan in the first 4 months of next year another 30 million hryvnia additional investment. In particular, we consider the ability to run a factory production line of organic coffee "- the general director of Food Empire Holding Cudip Nair.

Plant MacCoffee in t.Zolotonosha produces about 20 kinds of products (TM «MacCoffee» and "Peter Sloboda"). The plant operates three shops, equipped with a high-quality Japanese equipment.

Manpower — 300 persons. Production is established around the clock — in 4 shifts. The day the company processes about 40 tons of raw materials and produces about 2 million 300 thousand sachets (portions) of coffee. Raw materials are imported mainly from Brazil, Colombia, India (organic coffee), Poland and Indonesia (cream). The plant is used exclusively Ukrainian sugar producers.

The company plans — starting four departments of the factory, the construction of a new production facility and pre-packaging line coffee stickers.
