Ukraine increased agricultural production by almost 15%

Agricultural production in Ukraine in January-July 2013 increased by 14.8% compared to the same period in 2012, according to the State Statistics Service.

In particular, according to the State Statistics Service, in seven months farms’ output increased by 23.1%, private households — by 7%.

In July, agricultural production grew by 14.1% compared to July 2012. As reported with reference to the statistical data, agricultural production in Ukraine in 2012 decreased by 4.5% compared with 2011. In particular, agricultural enterprises have cut production by 6.5%, the economy of the population — 2.6%.

Add that agricultural production in Ukraine in January-July 2013 increased by 14.8% compared to the same period in 2012.
