We consider the possibility of a Russian heavy-ion collider

Russian physicists now actively working on the world’s largest such installation, as the Large Hadron Collider. But to maintain a high level of participation in this project requires that both were created in Russia, one or two units (no matter how much) the appropriate level capable of, on the one hand, to attract the interest of the world of science, and on the other — to provide training for young highly qualified personnel on the basis of existing scientific schools in Russia. It gives a kind of international cooperation assurance that these studies will be conducted at a good level and to benefit all parties involved.

Perhaps one of these large plants will be proposed by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna complex superconducting rings of heavy ions. With it is planned to study the properties of the original, so-called first mother, of which there was our universe in the Big Bang. This, of course, a very difficult task, but it is in the process of its solutions will be possible to create new tools, technologies, techniques, which closely monitors international business and trying to use.
