India urged Israel to expedite the implementation of bilateral projects in the sphere of military-technical cooperation (MTC) which it considers essential to its own defense. Wrote in a Wednesday newspaper «Times of India», projects which are discussed relate to the creation of Israel on the orders of the Indian 2-anti-aircraft missiles (SAM) systems, large and medium-range LR-SAM, respectively, and MR-SAM, created for the destruction of aircraft, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Open a discussion on the execution of the contracts held in New Delhi, the 10th meeting of the Indo-Israeli intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation co-chaired by the Deputy Minister of Defence of India Shashikanta Sharma secretary general of Israel Defense Minister Major General Ehud Shani.
