Strong earthquake in Russia forced to suspend oil deliveries to China Natural Disasters

An earthquake of magnitude 6 occurred in the Amur region at a depth of 15 kilometers, 130 kilometers southwest of the town of Tynda, the Amur region, 211 kilometers north-west of Tahe, Heilongjiang Province, and 265 kilometers east of the city Mogocha, Chita region. The epicenter was located near the town of Skovorodino, in which about 10,000 people and where is the end point of the ESPO pipeline.

Tynda residents were evacuated. In Skovorodino wall fell central heating. Company "Transneft" suspended by 5.5 hours of delivery of oil to China to divert ESPO due to damage equipment, and rail shipments of oil to the port of Kozmino. No one was injured, but the energy of the pipeline system was broken.
