October 25. More than 210 localities of the Kostroma region with a population of over 17,500 people on Tuesday were left without electricity due to the accident at the power line, according to RIA Novosti, the representative of the regional emergency department.

"At 13:35 it was reported that in the area there was a violation of the Galich supply 110 kV transmission line. As a result of violations of transmission lines without power are 213 settlements Chuhlomskogo and Soligalich areas with a population of about 17.51 thousand people, "- he said.

At the scene has gone maintenance crews IDGC of Center and Galich and Buiskikh grids. To the restoration work involved 22 people and five vehicles.

"Work is underway to identify and address the causes of disconnection", — said the representative office.
