Amur line production department of main gas pipelines (LPUMG) LLC "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk" completed the set of fire works with the connection reserve line underwater crossing of the main gas pipeline Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok Yai River at the site 287 — 293 km.
The work carried out by specialists of the Amur LPUMG and Tomsk control remediation activities with the involvement of engineers and Technology Center LLC "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk" and JSC "Sibtruboprovodstroy." In the place of work was delivered 10 pieces of heavy and tracked vehicles, and 27 wheeled vehicles, including residential trailers and equipment of the branch. Particular difficulties have arisen with the transfer of cars through the mountain passes of the Sikhote-Alin: ice and snow cyclone seriously complicated movement. To ensure the safety of the hot work gas pipeline from the gas was released at a stretch of 48 kilometers. Clearing the pipeline service travel between two nodes on the crane 274km and 322km was conducted by the Eastern Branch — snow depth reached two meters. "Thanks to the quality and operational work, we have kept within strict time limit: fire works lasted 48 hours, — said Andrei Mashḳin, chief engineer, deputy director of the branch — and this in spite of the heavy snow and gusty winds, complicates the gas industry."
