If it is possible to inspect the missiles in their places of storage, it will be carried out without reference to the carrier manufacturer.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced failed to start «Bulava» September 7, 2013. Then it became clear that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered to stop tests of strategic submarines «Alexander Nevsky» and «Vladimir Monomakh» Project 955 «Borey» that should be the bearers of missile «Bulava».
