In pictures: The intelligence ship Kil’din Russian Black Sea Fleet returned to the Black Sea

Average intelligence ship "Kil'din": Average intelligence ship pr.861M. Displacement: 1,560 tons Dimensions: length — 73.3 m, width — 11.2 m, draft — 3.9 m Full speed: 17 knots. Range: 9,700 miles at 11 knots. Propulsion: 2 diesels 6TD48, 3300 hp, 2 screws. The crew of 85 people.

Ships of this series were built in Gdansk, Poland. NATO classification — Moma Class. Total for the project during the years 1968-73. 9 ships were built, tuning-in cabinets survey vessels. SRZK "Kil'din" was built in 1970, serial number 861/13. Entry into service of the Northern Fleet. In 1977, the ship was transferred to the Black Sea Fleet.

In May 1999, a reconnaissance ship "Kil'din" was replaced in the Adriatic Sea MRZK "Lyman" in the immediate vicinity of the zone of military operations against Yugoslavia in order to obtain intelligence information. Is part of the 112th battalion scout ships, based in Sevastopol.
